GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

For Submission of
Nomination for ACCE Awards - 2009
|

| PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
CAREFULLY |

| 1) | Nomination
must be RECOMMENDED By at least One ACCE (I)
MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING. |
| |
| 2) |
Give separate write-up as required. Give enough details to justify that the work is the outstanding / excellent / innovative work and distinctly the best. In all awards good finishes and architecturally satisfying features will be considered as one of the desired features, but can not be the sole feature for excellence / best. Award can not be given on the look of the structure alone. For construction awards ( except award no 1,2,7,8,9) enough of details about construction and technique should be given. |

| 3) | The nomination with details, enclosures, and attachments must be made in Duplicate i.e., in two copies. Nominations not in duplicate will not be considered for award. Give details as asked in common "Information Requisition Form" and list of "details required" for the particular award. Additional information is highly desirable. |

| 4) | A CD / floppy containing details shall
accompany the application. Maximum information, photos, diagrams, drawings on CD is desirable. |

| 5) |
The Last Date of Receipt of Nominations by ACCE (I) HQ Bangalore office is 30th
April 2009. |

| 6) | Nominations from sub contractors will
have to be for joint award with main Contracting Organisation / Consultant unless specifically acknowledged by letter
in writing along with application by the contracting Organisation / consultant otherwise. |

| 7) | Award Committee reserves the right to shift a nomination for
an Award to any other suitable Award category as the committee may feel
proper. |
